What are the Healthy Steps?

Over the course of his more than 50-year career, Dr. Penn successfully treated tens of thousands of patients who sought to lose weight and embrace a healthier lifestyle. His groundbreaking combination of medication and behavior modification has formed the basis of the Healthy Steps weight loss program. Since Dr. Penn’s retirement, the Healthy Steps team has continued to evolve and expand our program under the supervision of his son, Dr. Joshua Penn.
